Hospitality Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Membership Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests entering our resort.

You will exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences. This includes receiving and facilitating incoming phone calls from members and guests, maintaining updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.

As a key member of our team, you will assist members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments. You will also serve as the point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions.

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual who is able to effectively communicate with members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, and a passion to serve others.

The successful candidate will also have effective communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality is preferred but not required.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $20.25 and paying up to $24.00 based on experience and qualifications.
