About the Job

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Traffic Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce traffic strategies that drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Create traffic strategies for multiple product categories to optimize ROI on investments.
• Analyze, plan, and execute traffic campaigns across various tools to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement advanced data analytics to evaluate campaign performance in real-time and inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a sustainable and mutually beneficial partnership.

Requirements

• A higher education diploma.
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level).
• At least 3 years of experience in hands-on-keyboard bidding at Wildberries or Ozon, with a deep understanding of e-retailer algorithms, tools, and optimization techniques.
• Strong familiarity with key sales drivers and peculiarities at Wildberries or Ozon.
• Advanced data analytics skills to determine campaign effectiveness in real-time and facilitate data-informed decision-making.
• At least 1 year of hands-on-keyboard experience in external traffic campaigns management/optimization.
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
• Strong communication skills to become an integral part of the existing multifunctional team.
• Agility and ability to learn fast in a challenging environment, and act in unforeseen circumstances.
• Strong leadership and passion towards further development in the ecom channel.
• Proven leadership skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and high discipline.
