• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.

• Provide accurate information and directions, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving issues efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, supporting each other in times of need.

• CPR and First Aid certification.

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work outside in the summer months.

• Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet.

• Lifeguard certifications (within 60 days of hire).
