Job ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and macOS devices, including IMAC tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change) and troubleshooting for executive/VIP users.
- Manage hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, printer/AV setup, inventory control, and asset tagging with regular reporting.
- Coordinate equipment shipments, vendor repairs, and walk-up support, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and assisting with new hire onboarding.
RequirementsWhat You Need:
- 3–5 years of IT support experience with Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Windows OS deployment; strong networking basics.
- Experience supporting printers, AV systems, executive users, asset management, and reporting tools.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills with strong documentation practices.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs; valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
- Preferred: Experience in automotive manufacturing, MCP/A+ certifications, or help desk/call center environments.
