Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and recreational pools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Respond to repair requests in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing emergency repairs when necessary.
• Record all maintenance activities and repair work in a centralized log.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as CFC certification and Aquatics Facilities Operator Certification (AFO) / Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Able to lift more than 20 pounds and work in a stationary position for extended periods.

Preferred Requirements:

• Trade or technical school degree in a relevant field.
