As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing friendly and efficient on-site and remote desktop support to our users at our client site.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware, software, network connectivity, and printers.
  • Supporting and managing corporate mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
  • Assisting with basic network administration tasks using Cisco and HP devices.
  • Applying your understanding of core network concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, and WINS.
  • Delivering exceptional first-level application support, acting as the first point of contact for IT inquiries.
  • Following ITIL best practices to manage, document, and resolve service requests.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar IT support role.
  • Tech Skills: A solid foundation in:
  • Network devices (Cisco/HP) and topology.
  • Desktop and printer support.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Working within an ITIL framework.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Language Skills: Professional proficiency in verbal and written English and Russian.
