P&G is looking for a professional with practical experience as a designer at top e-commerce retailers to join our team as content manager for marketplaces. You will be responsible for developing advertising materials for world-famous brands that will be seen by millions of people on the leading e-commerce platforms in the country.As a designer for graphic content on marketplaces, you will: Develop creative concepts for advertising materials within the brand book, aimed at increasing conversion from views to purchases.Create advertising materials (product cards, banners, rich content, brand zones) using modern technologies.Develop an annual content calendar based on brands' new products, seasonal changes, and the overall social context.Test hypotheses - A/B tests for product cards' visuals: covers, galleries, and descriptions to find the most conversion-efficient creatives.Analyze metrics - CTR, CR, and adapt content based on results.Build effective processes for creating, testing, and analyzing content on marketplaces to improve efficiency and speed of work.Analyze competitors' content and overall trends in creative approaches in the market.Create clear technical specifications for the agency, controlling the quality and timely implementation of tasks.Collaborate closely with multifunctional P&G teams and become an integral part of a large team of professionals who are passionate about their work.NB: A technical interview will be part of the selection process to assess your hard skills.
