About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely, and will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate is fast, focused, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Review documents for errors or missing information
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
• Fast typing speed with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
