Main responsibilities:

• Manage Oncology, Neurology and Fertility portfolio at CIS markets
• Provide strategic marketing directions to partners to ensure right product strategic priorities and efficient implementation of the strategy
• Synchronizes CIS markets specific and key trends, customer needs, competitors landscape and Merck Global directions for CM&E and Fertility portfolio
• Ensure excellent product knowledge by the partners' teams by providing education and refresh of the materials
• Monitor CIS markets trends, dynamics, competitive landscape, drivers and barriers, customer needs to ensure timely reaction and amend priorities accordingly
• Provide regular performance analytics to ensure financial targets attainment and high level of forecasting accuracy  
• Lead forecasting for Oncology, Neurology and Fertility portfolio
• Conduct regular monitoring of sales force effectiveness by the partners to ensure efficiency and impellent corrections if required
• Ensure promotional activities, marketing campaigns and materials are in line with the strategies and agreed positioning
• Collaborate on and provide opportunities/new launches assessment and business cases development
• Drive and support implementation of promotional campaigns and key initiatives and tools in line with strategies for the portfolio working in collaboration with partners' teams
• Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional team internally to execute against the priorities

Requirements:

• High education diploma/degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Pharmaceuticals
• Min 3 years prior experience in marketing as a Product Manager/Group product manager in pharmaceuticals
• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in CIS or in Fertility or Oncology area is an additional advantage
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform analysis and develop marketing strategy and lead short-, mid- and long-term forecasting
• Experience of opportunities/new launches assessment and business cases development
• Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
• Experience of cross-functional team management
• Experience in omni – channel promotion of products
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
• English level Upper-intermediate and above
• Ability to collect insights and translate it into strategy
• Willingness to travel (25% of working time)
