Phone Sales Manager (1st Wave)

VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies established in 2012. It includes real estate development projects — Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas, and Layan Verde, the real estate agency VillaCarte, the proptech project Sabai, and the hotel La Green.

We are expanding our international sales team and looking for an energetic and client-oriented Phone Sales Manager to join the first wave of our remote sales division.



What you'll do

  • Handle incoming client inquiries and qualify clients interested in property purchase or rental;

  • Conduct outreach to cold leads and re-engage previous prospects;

  • Provide consultations on real estate projects and current offers;

  • Schedule meetings and calls with Sales Managers;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.



We expect you to have

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in phone sales (any industry);

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

  • Proactive attitude and a client-focused mindset;

  • Real estate experience is a strong advantage;

  • Location in Phuket will be a plus (but not mandatory).



Working conditions

  • Remote position, flexible collaboration format;

  • 2/2 work schedule from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Phuket time) — negotiable;
