About the role

Change the game with your expertise in insights and analytics as part of Reckitt's passionate team. In the role of Global Insights & Analytics Analyst, translate complex data into powerful stories that will shape the future of our global health and hygiene solutions. We're on the hunt for someone with a sharp mind to delve deep into market trends and consumer behaviour, unlocking opportunities and guiding strategic growth with informed confidence.

Your responsibilities

- Gather and analyse data to craft insights that influence global business strategies.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to pinpoint emerging trends.
- Create impactful reports and dashboards that visually communicate key findings.
- Develop and refine data models and analytical systems for optimal data analysis.
- Analyse data patterns and trends to provide well-founded business recommendations.

The experience we're looking for

- Prior experience in global market analytics or similar roles.
- A successful history of translating market and consumer data into strategic insights.
- Skilled in using analytics software (SQL, Python, R) and visualisation tools.
- Articulate communicator, able to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
- Knowledgeable in the latest digital marketing and brand activation strategies.
