Job responsibilities: Analysing market, product, and competitors Developing and implementing the project business plan Forming and managing local and remote teams Managing project P&L Requirements for successful task execution: Management experience in the financial industry (Banks, Insurance, Fintech) Successful expertise in product/project development Willingness to relocate to East Africa for at least one year English language proficiency at or above Upper Intermediate level Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with all involved departments (IT, Collection, Accounting, Lawyers, Verification, Call-center, HR) Focus on project outcomes rather than processes Independence and initiative in solving project tasks Systems thinking and analytical mindset Ability to clearly articulate results and ideas Understanding of the IT development process What we offer: Competitive salary level, % of project profits Full relocation compensation and assistance
