EMCD delivers everything crypto enthusiasts need from beginners to advanced users. EMCD B2B offers everything you need to conduct business with digital assets.Responsibilities Conducting KYC/KYB checks of counterparties and clients (via SumSub) Onboarding the company and its products to third parties (exchanges, banks, payment solutions) Participating in the development of compliance processes and internal procedures Acting as a compliance specialist in the companys products and projects Cooperating with AML specialists in the context of identified high-risk cases and investigations Requirements At least 1 year of experience as a KYC/KYB specialist in a financial or cryptocurrency organization Experience in the crypto industry: understanding the differences between crypto networks, various types of virtual assets, and the specifics of compliance in the crypto sector (SoF/SoW specifics, etc.) Experience working in a high-risk industry will be an advantage Challenges A variety of tasks requiring simultaneous participation in multiple processes A large amount of manual work: collecting and preparing documents, analyzing client and partner cases, etc. Operating in a weakly regulated field Personal Qualities Independence and readiness to take responsibility Flexibility and ability to switch quickly between tasks Willingness to defend ones point of view
