Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accountable for following the procedures and processes for the government enrollment of WashU Group, Individual and Facility providers, including Out-Of-State Medicaid, as applicable.
- Ongoing communications with WashU Department Business Managers and Credentialing Coordinators to keep them apprised of the status of these government enrollment functions.
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing compliance with State and Federal Guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of WashU provider, group and facility data/information in system credentials database. Appropriate utilization of the database to populate applications, house enrollment information, scan enrollment and application documents, produce reports, lists, rosters, etc.
- Maintain permanent enrollment files on all applicable WashU physicians, allied health providers, groups and facilities enrolled in government programs. Assure accuracy of records and maintain a state of readiness at all time for review/audit by State agencies, Federal agencies, and accrediting agencies.
- Assure the confidentiality and integrity of all aspects of the government program and process.
