Job Title: Sales Representative – Paper Chemicals
Location: Russia (Major paper industry regions preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Representative for our paper chemicals business in Russia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling paper additives, establishing strong client relationships with local paper manufacturers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pulp and paper industry
• Promote and sell a range of paper additives (such as sizing agents, retention aids, wet strength resins, etc.)
• Provide technical support and professional product recommendations to clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with the technical and R&D team to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve and surpass sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the paper industry or chemical sector preferred
• Good understanding of paper production processes and paper additives
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively within Russia
