Key Responsibilities

1 Preparing Process Cost sheet on every month & analysis the variance comparing actual with

standard.

2 Discuss the variance report with concern dept. head & submit it to the management.

3 Prepared Process Cost center accounting report & analysis the same.

4 Prepared Installed capacity of the Department on routine basis.

5 Reconcile the account statement with cost on every month.

6 Prepared Production Planning Report of process Department as & when required.

7 Prepared Overall Expenses report for the company as a whole.

8 Monitoring the Aging [Product wise] & analysis the same if any abnormal deviation found.

9 Participate in Internal Audit as and when required.

10 Prepared other MIS reports as when required by Management.

11 Monitor cost variances and investigate reasons for deviations.

12 Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

13 Provide cost reports and analysis to management to support strategic decisions.

14 Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

15 Hands on Experience on Accounting, Finalization and Balance sheet also.
