We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to work remotely. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our company databases and systems. This role requires focus, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize files and maintain records.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Communicate with team members to ensure data consistency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
