Strategic Learning Subchapter Lead - APAC

As the Head of the Strategic Learning Subchapter, you will be responsible for driving skill development across the APAC region through establishing expert squads focused on exploring and supporting both existing skills and new skills. You will be in a key role to help shape and contribute to the overall Roche Diagnostics vision.

The Subchapter Lead is a senior role within the Business Excellence Chapter, and holds the responsibility for shaping the strategic direction for the region and ensuring the tools, skills and expertise are in place to execute effectively to ensure our strategy becomes a reality. In this role, you will embrace the VACC model of leadership, build and provide effective leadership for your team, and those junior within the Chapter, in a manner that is consistent with the Roche Values and leadership capabilities. You will seek to inspire and lead the team to create transformative solutions that will ensure Roche Diagnostics is recognized as being the best in the industry.

The Opportunity 

• Deliver tailored high quality training to internal colleagues and external customers to achieve APAC Regional priorities and shape the future of Diagnostics to realize the Divisional Ambitions.

• Implement product training strategy, approach, governance and alignment

• Offer a platform, a centre of excellence for creating, managing and taking training across the affiliates and customer organizations.

• Consult & Support regional value streams and affiliates with regards to customer training, business enhancement & development.

• Develop & maintain a framework & facilitate the building of internal competencies via community of practices.

• Identify & Build core soft skills with People & Culture for internal colleagues

Who you are 

• You should hold a University degree in the relevant discipline required. A postgraduate degree (e.g. MSc or higher) in a relevant area would be desirable with at least 10+ years of experience operating in areas relevant to healthcare, IVD and products aimed at the healthcare ecosystem.

• Strategic & Visionary Leadership: You excel at establishing a clear vision, setting strategic goals, and executing plans to achieve measurable results in a complex, global environment.

• Technological Innovation & Agility: You have a proven track record of leading teams through technological innovation, continuous improvement, and agile transformations to deliver tangible business and patient outcomes.

• High-Impact People Leadership: You are highly skilled in people leadership, known for building high-performing teams, attracting top talent, and fostering an environment that inspires and develops others.

• Intrapreneurial & Collaborative: You possess an intrapreneurial mindset, with a knack for fostering agile organizations from within and building strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
