Задачи:

  • Анализировать рынок труда, искать таланты по всему миру;
  • Искать нестандартные каналы для хантинга;
  • Заниматься копирайтингом продающих вакансий;
  • Общаться с кандидатами лично, по телефону, вести переписку.
  • Общаться с коллегами-заказчиками;
  • Организовывать и координировать собеседования;
  • Принимать участие в Talent Acquisition/HR проектах;
  • Учиться новому, предлагать идеи, улучшать процессы и т.д.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции;
  • Видишь свою карьеру в Talent Acquisition/HR в международной компании;
  • Владеешь английским не ниже Upper-Intermediatе;
  • Креативен(-а) в поиске решения задач;
  • Инициативен(-а) и мыслишь нестандартно;
  • Хочешь динамики, любишь работать в режиме многозадачности;
  • Тебя драйвят челленджи;
  • Не понимаешь, как можно жить без юмора.
