Buscamos un Technical Product Manager con más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, dominio avanzado en frontend con React y en backend con TypeScript, y al menos 2 años en roles híbridos de producto y Desarrollo de software.
Tu misión será liderar la creación de soluciones digitales de principio a fin: entender a fondo las necesidades del negocio y de los usuarios, traducirlas en requerimientos claros y convertirlas en productos escalables, usables y de alto impacto.
Trabajarás de manera transversal con diseño, producto y negocio, aportando criterio técnico en cada etapa: desde el discovery y la definición de funcionalidades, hasta la implementación y la iteración basada en métricas reales.
Lo que puedes esperar de este rol (Responsabilidades)
Liderar el descubrimiento y definición de producto, traduciendo necesidades de usuarios y negocio en requerimientos claros y priorizados.
Desarrollar funcionalidades complejas en React, asegurando escalabilidad, calidad y performance.
Construir y mantener APIs y lógica backend con typescript u otro lenguaje equivalente.
Diseñar y ejecutar prototipos de validación y pruebas de hipótesis en ciclos cortos.
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de diseño, negocio y stakeholders, facilitando decisiones técnicas y estratégicas.
Definir métricas, implementar A/B tests y medir impacto de cada entrega en los OKRs de negocio y producto.
Requisitos
5 años de experiencia mínima en desarrollo de software.
+3 años de experiencia comprobada en frontend con React (incluyendo hooks, context, state management y testing).
+2 años de experiencia en roles híbridos de producto + ingeniería (ej. Product Engineer, Tech PM).
+3 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend con TypeScript.
Conocimiento avanzado de arquitectura de sistemas, diseño de APIs y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
Experiencia liderando discovery, prototipado y validación con usuarios.
Comunicación clara y efectiva con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
Deseable
Experiencia en EdTech o industrias digitales similares.
Conocimientos de UX/UI y dominio de Figma.
Experiencia en analítica de producto y metodologías de experimentación.
