About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Business Services industry. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and providing analytical solutions to improve business processes. Your end goal will be to ensure that our clients' business needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, create data mapping, and perform data cleansing. Your work will be critical in ensuring that our clients' business processes are optimized and efficient.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Visio and Macros
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Business Services industry
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
