Job Description

• Coordinate preparation / optimization / automation of regular SFE reports included in reporting cycle (incl. CRM reports in scope of responsibilities) with focus on Territory management and incremental value Regular reporting meetings leading and materials preparation

• Active participation in preparation and support of filed team activities (calls planning, execution, monitoring, feedback)

• SIP cycle leading (targeting – qualitative and quantitative part, data verification, calculations, reporting, and further analysis)

• Regular Incidents and Problems monitoring Leading of Segmentation process

• Ensure trainings for new comers in close collaboration with CRM lead -ensure up-to-date and relevant content in user guides, system/processes documentation and training materials.
