Position: Business Development Officer (Russian) - FX industry Location: Remote - EURASIA Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Build business for Russian speaking countries and perform administrative and development functions to start up and manage businessHandle phone calls, e-mails and live customer chat while assisting the marketing department to adapt global marketing strategies to local market (create new promotions, landing pages, products, and features)Organize and administer local language Facebook, Twitter and other social media channels with the help of Marketing Department and promote business in local language industry-specific forums and organize local language training, seminars, webinarsProvide translation assistance for marketing department with regards to local language website, banners, marketing materials and meet monthly business development targets as set forth by the managementAnalyze marketing trends and track competitors, activities and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning operational & marketing strategies of the Company. REQUIREMENTS: Native/near native in Russian and English, both oral and written. As well as fluency in one of the following languages; Azerbaijani, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Uzbek or Hebrew.Minimum of 3 years' previous working experience in the Financial Services in a similar positionExperience within Forex is essentialOutstanding negotiation and communication skillsBe a strong and enthusiastic person with great problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work independentlySelf-motivated and results orientedAbility to travel when needed.
