Компания «Ювелирная Сеть «585» является одним из крупнейших игроков розничного ювелирного рынка России. Сеть состоит из 270 торговых объектов (магазины и ломбарды). В компании работает 1700 человек линейного персонала и 400 человек управляющего подразделения.

Job Description
  • Планирование стратегии технологического развития компании.
  • Участие в разработке архитектуры предприятия и архитектуры отдельных решений; выбор технологического стека.
  • Постановка и внедрение эффективных процессов управления разработкой программного обеспечения с использованием гибких методологий разработки (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Постановка процессов автоматизированного тестирования, внедрения и поддержки программного обеспечения (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery processes).
  • Формирование и управление 5-7 внутренними командами разработки и разработкой на аутсорсе.
Qualifications
  • Высшее образование (информационные технологии / математика).
  • Опыт организации процессов разработки программного обеспечения с "0" с использованием современных гибких методологий.
  • Опыт управления 5-20 командами разработки.
  • Широкий технологический кругозор.
  • Плюсом будет знание / опыт использования следующих технологий: Amazon AWS, MS Azure, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, microservices architecture, API Gateway, serverless approach, Java, Python.
  • Владение английским языком на рабочем уровне.
  • Развитые менеджерские компетенции, предпринимательский подход, готовность к решению нестандартных задач.
